Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree or have any questions about any aspect of these, please contact us before placing your order.

Confirmation of your order

A contract will exist between JSW and the customer once email notification that the order has been placed is delivered. The contract is considered to be formed and the confirmation deemed to have been given to you as soon as you are able to access the message, whether or not you actually receive that message. We are entitled to refuse any order placed without giving a reason.

Your right to cancel

You may normally cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the products. To do so you must give us written notice (including email) within that 7 day period. If you cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Cancelled items must be returned to us in the manner set out in our Returns Policy below and must be received by us complete, in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Guarantee

All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase return it to us within 30 days of the dispatch date, include your receipt and pack in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. Further details of our returns policy can be found below.

Product Availability and Specification

Please note that all products and services, including those "on offer", are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. In case of long delays or unavailability you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We always endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, but there is always the possibility of us being "out of stock". We will continue to list those products that can be re-ordered. Those that we will not be re-ordering will be removed from this website as soon as possible.

The pictures shown within this site are for indicative purposes only, due to the nature of internet browser technology we cannot accept responsibilty for any variation in colour to those shown.

EUROPE RATES
For Europe and International rates please contact us with your order requirements so a calculation can be given.

SURCHARGE
Please ensure someone will be available to take delivery of your goods, as we have the right to take payment of £15.00 from your payment card if carrier has attempted / card left / refused delivery / Closed. To avoid this please stipulate a delivery address prior to despatch..

Before signing for your delivery

  • Have you received all parcels as per carrier paperwork?
  • Are the parcels in good condition?

If the answer is NO to either question please write what is missing or damaged on the carrier�s paperwork and inform JSW immediately by fax on (+44) 01609 777995 WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO CONSIDER CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT UNLESS THE CARRIER PAPERWORK HAS BEEN MARKED ACCORDINGLY AND JSW HAVE BEEN INFORMED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

Please note we do not refund carriage.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not totally statisfied with your purchase from our online store please return to the address below within 30 days of the date of dispatch, with your receipt, in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price of the item.

If you have decided for any reason you ordered surplus to requirement, we will charge 25% of the goods returned for re-stocking/handling back into store.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the postage/carriage of the items. It is recommended that you also obtain a proof of posting as JSW cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit.
