There’s nothing quite like opening your emails on a Monday morning to find a message that makes the whole team smile.

A couple of years ago, Susan purchased a used Cheval Liberté horse trailer from us. As a first-time trailer owner, she naturally had plenty of questions. Living some distance away never stopped her from calling for advice. Whether it was towing, transporting her horse, or understanding the trailer’s features, we were always happy to help.

After researching several trailer dealers, Susan chose to place her trust in us. Since then, we’ve been proud to support her whenever she has needed us. Receiving an email like this reminds us why we love what we do.

Selling horse trailers is only part of our job. More importantly, we build lasting relationships, offer honest advice, and help our customers travel with confidence.

Messages like Susan’s make every bit of hard work worthwhile. We truly appreciate her taking the time to share her experience with us.

Dear Emma

My daughter recently bought a horsebox which meant my lovely little trailer was no longer needed. We sold it last night to the first person who viewed it and they were thrilled with it.

I just wanted to say thank you to you and your dad and everyone at JSW for all the help and guidance you’ve given me over the past 2 years. Learning to tow in later life was a big deal for me so I had to buy from somewhere that made me feel comfortable and made me feel like I had made a quality purchase. You and everyone I came into contact with at JSW made me feel just that. I can’t even begin to tell you how grateful I was.

So thank you to you all for providing me with such a great experience. I will always recommend you and if ever I needed a trailer again I’d know where to come.
