Terms of Sale
By placing an order with us you are entering into a contract to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree or have any questions about our terms and conditions then please contact us before placing your order.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Availability times may vary depending to product. Any guarantees or representations regarding delivery times, if you have agreed to have your unit delivered is to mainland UK. It maybe subject to delays resulting from production, transport issues or ‘force majeure’ (‘chance occurrence, unavoidable accident’), for which we will not be responsible. When placing an order you undertake that:
- All details provided to us are true and accurate.
- An ordering deposit will be required to confirm your order.
- You are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the ordering deposit order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered.
- We do not take payment over the telephone, all is conducted either face to face or an email is send for BACS payment.
- The balance of the order is payable by BACS transfer, which must be of cleared funds, prior to receiving or collecting of your purchase.
Please note that JSW (Yorkshire) Ltd retains the right to refuse any request or order made by you. Please do not order anything which is NOT on our actual web shop i.e. a trailer or a horsebox – your request will be denied, please call us prior to any ordering – thank you.

Confirmation of your order
When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of the order. A contract between JSW and the customer will be formed once a confirmation email confirming that the goods have been dispatched is sent.
The confirmation is deemed to have been given to you as you are able to access the message, whether or not you actually receive that message.
Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract.
Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel your order without reason prior to completion, but if this unit was to be made/built to your specific design/construction/type then depending upon how far it is in build then you will be charged a cancellation fee. You must give us written notice including email within that seven day period.
If after receiving goods after delivery and you change your mind, as long as there is proof of non-use & in perfect condition as received, you will be responsible in returning the whole unit, and at your costs.
Please note that all products and services including those on offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time including after you have placed an order. We also reserve the right to revise prices at any time. Prices may list as excluding VAT or inclusive of VAT please read the listing.
While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices, which appear on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any good ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option or reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
When applicable prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt within the EU. VAT is not included to non-EU customers. Delivery costs will be charged in addition and are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. See the Postage & Packing section for more details.
Title of goods supplied passes to the customer on payment for the goods and not on delivery.
