We have recently had several horse trailers to us in where the customers have had ‘experiences’ where they feel their trailer is not quite right after a recent trailer service done elsewhere and have been looking for second options.
Our expertise has shown that ‘’these trailers’’ have not had the in-depth service they require for road safety, top working conditions and peace of mind for the owner.

A recent case study on a new purchase for one customer was a used Ifor Williams in where the company sold it serviced prior to collection. Having inspected it at on the customer’s behalf we found that there only was copper grease added to visual items on the trailer. Upon our in depth inspection it was clear no shoes were taken out from the drums and the adjusters had never seen grease. Door and ramp hinges were dry too with no signs of grease.
Our trailer servicing reports go the further mile, a detailed report is produced upon all completed services. Our hand-overs are discussed with the owner, discussing any further details.
